Privacy Notice
How personal information submitted through this website is handled.
Last updated: October 28, 2026.
Information You Submit
When you use the contact form or send an email, you may provide your name, email address, organization, inquiry topic, and message. Do not submit passwords, protected records, confidential diagrams, or sensitive incident data using the public form.
Contact Form Processing
The contact form is processed by this website’s secure server endpoint. Bot-verification tokens are checked with Cloudflare Turnstile. Validated inquiries are delivered by email using authenticated Zoho Mail SMTP. The website limits retained submission records; correspondence may remain in the designated email mailbox according to normal email retention practices.
For contact-form submissions, technical anti-abuse counters use HMAC-keyed hashes of IP address buckets and timestamps within a 15-minute evaluation window. Counters expire after the evaluation window and are removed during routine pruning. The website does not store raw IP addresses in these counters or save contact message content in rate-limit files. Hosting and email providers may maintain independent operational logs under their own policies. We do not retain failed email submissions in a local message queue.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to review and respond to professional inquiries and maintain necessary related correspondence. Information is not requested for sale or marketing lists through this form.
Site Hosting, Security, and Analytics
This website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, which may process technical access information for operation and security. The site does not intentionally load analytics or advertising trackers. Turnstile may process browser and device information to distinguish automated traffic; see Cloudflare’s privacy documentation. If site analytics or other processors are added, this notice should be revised.
